And it doesn’t hurt that they are filled with protein which can strengthen your teeth and your muscles throughout your body.
Eating pumpkin pie may not be the healthiest thing for your teeth because it contains a lot of sugar, but raw pumpkin is nutritious and makes a great additive to a lot of yummy recipes like soups, salads, stir-fries, and baked goods. Pumpkin contains a lot of magnesium in it which when it’s combined with calcium, can strengthen your teeth and make them more resilient. Additionally, it has vitamin A in it which supports healthy gums.
