Just visited today and had an awesome first experience. I was super nervous because I've had some bad experiences and it has also been 3 years since my last cleaning. The staff was so warm and friendly - the receptionist must have taken notes from our first phone call because she knew I had just moved from Denver, knew what my husband does for work, etc. I felt comfortable and welcome from the first minute I was there, and Dr. Pappas was so wonderful. Nice, funny, thorough, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Overall, I was so impressed (and relieved!!) by the whole experience.

On a recent visit to the dentist, my son was told he needed a ton of work on his baby teeth. Crowns, cavities, the works! At the kids swim practice, I laid my woes on another mom who happened to be a hygienist at Dr. Pappas office. Days later my son was in his chair for a second opinion only to hear that all the work was indeed required. Dr. Pappas was honest with us and recommend we get the help from a pediatric dentist who could properly sedate my active son to do the work. To make matters more complicated, our family was headed out of town in a week for a month. We needed the issue fixed fast and when our regular pediatric dentist could not help, Dr. Pappas got is in the hands of a doctor that could. Their office is the definition of great people, going over and above to help us...and we are not even their patients...yet! Amazing. Our family is forever grateful. I have not heard anything but positive feedback regarding Dr. Pappas in the community, and I could not agree more.
