I decided to come here for a bothersome tooth based off of the 5 star rating reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! Upon arrival you are offered water or coffee. There is even access to the guest WiFi network. When sitting in the dental chair, you get an open window view of the beautiful trees and landscaping outside. The entire office is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pappas is excellent and is great at putting patients at ease. I had a tooth extracted, and I was surprised when he said we were done because I did not feel a thing! I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

I’ve had a couple of dentists in my life that I thought were pretty good but Dr. Papas and his team have blown me away not only with how caring and nice everyone is but the treatment I have received. Dr. Papas is so thorough and I always leave feeling secure in the dental work he has done. Thank you so much to the team for taking good care of my mouth. Cannot recommend you guys enough!

What a great experience with the dentist and staff! I guess three times is the charm! Since moving to Phoenix almost a year ago, I have not been able to find a great dentist, I have been to, two other dentists before making my visit with Dr Pappas. I know I’ve found my forever dentist! What a great feeling! Dr Pappas was incredibly friendly, thorough, and spoke to me in teams that were very easy to understand! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed by the treatment plan, and feel like it’s just one step, one day at a time to get my dental care where it needs to be, I can deal with that! I can’t say enough about the whole process, from calling to become a new patient, easy forms, a warm welcoming, and wonderful staff! This sounds so odd coming from someone who “fears” going to the dentist, but I rather enjoyed my visit! I highly recommend John Pappas and his wonderful staff! You will not be disappointed

The staff is friendly, the facilities clean and comfortable, and Dr. Pappas does excellent work. I trust his opinions and have confidence that he is taking the right steps to make sure my teeth remain as healthy as possible. I would recommend this dental office to anybody.

Full disclosure, I really dislike the dentist and in fact avoid going like the plague. Kim, Bethany and Melanie were fantastic. Kim works the front desk and is incredibly kind. Bethany is a dental tech and was very thorough and also kind. My least enjoyable person is usually the hygienist. This changed today as Melanie was very professional and caring. Lastly Dr. Pappas the dentist is also very professional, caring and kind. Bottom line 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
