What is the process of obtaining a CEREC® dental crown?
The process begins with Dr. John Pappas taking digital images of the tooth to be crowned. These images are then used to create a 3D model of the tooth in the software. He can then choose from a variety of dental porcelains to create the perfect crown for you. Once the design is complete, the crown is fabricated using a special milling machine and placed in your mouth during a single visit.
